More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.

More materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
